The website and the customer service system run on an external provider's platform. Its provider handles data only on our behalf and on our instructions, as a data processor.

The contact form ("Write to us")

• What you give us: your message, your name, a phone number or an email address. If you wish, also the car's make, model, year, licence plate, VIN and photos.
• What we use it for: to answer your question, advise you, give you a price and arrange a visit.
• If we answer by email and you write back, the correspondence and the photos and documents you send are kept with your request.
• Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• How long we keep it: while your request is being handled and for 12 months after it is finished. The request and its photos are then deleted automatically.
• If the request leads to a repair, your contact details, the car's details and the photos needed for the work are moved to the repair order and kept for as long as the order is kept.
• Photos: up to 4 per request. Before they are stored they are resized and stripped of extra data such as the place they were taken. Please don't send photos that show other people.
• To keep the form from being abused we also process your IP address. We store not the address itself but a code computed from it, and only together with the request.

When you call or write to us directly

• We handle what you give us: your phone number, email address and the content of your message.
• We use it only to answer you (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).

When you simply visit the site

• The server briefly records technical data: IP address, browser type, the page opened and the time. This is needed to run the site and keep it secure.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• We measure visits only if you agree (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Even then without cookies and without building a profile of you: we see how many people came and which pages they viewed, not who you are. You can withdraw your consent at any time with the "Slapukų nustatymai" (cookie settings) button at the bottom of the page.

When you become our customer

• We process repair orders, estimates and invoices to perform our contract with you and to meet accounting obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
• We send estimates and invoices to the email address you gave us.
• During the repair we may photograph the car: its condition before the repair, the parts being replaced and the finished work. The photos are kept with the order.
• Accounting documents are kept for as long as Lithuanian law requires.

We do not sell your data or pass it on for advertising. It is seen only by our staff and by the service providers the site cannot run without:

Some providers are established in the USA. In those cases data is transferred under safeguards approved by the European Commission: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

We will name the specific providers if you ask.

At any time you can:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• ask us to correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data or restrict its processing;
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• withdraw a consent you have given, at any time;
• receive your data in a common electronic format.
